About Pest & Property Solutions
Our Story
Founded in Cardiff in 1995, Pest & Property Solutions Ltd has grown from a small family-run pest control business into one of South Wales' most trusted pest and property protection specialists.
For nearly 30 years, we have supported homeowners, landlords, letting agents and commercial businesses with reliable, professional and effective pest management. Our team brings more than 90 years of combined industry experience, led by Gareth with over 35 years in the sector, alongside Sion and Steve, who each bring more than 15 years of hands-on expertise.
We are proud members of the BPCA, NPTA and the National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC), giving our clients confidence that our work is carried out to recognised industry standards. Our team combines proven pest control methods with modern technology, including drone inspections, bird proofing systems, LED fly control and advanced property protection techniques.
What makes us different is our whole-property approach. We do not just remove pests. We identify how they got in, why they are there and what needs to change to prevent the problem returning.
Whether we are helping a homeowner with rodents, supporting a business with commercial pest control, installing humane bird proofing or carrying out a detailed property inspection, our goal is always the same: to solve the issue properly, safely and responsibly.
Local, experienced and prevention-focused, Pest & Property Solutions is here to protect your property today and help keep it protected for the future.
